You don’t use your body the same way every day, so why should every massage be the same? For more than 10 years, I’ve been helping people move better, recover from injuries, manage chronic muscle tension, and get back to doing the things they enjoy. I work with your body, not against it. Every session starts with listening to what’s going on, understanding your goals, and creating a treatment based on what your body needs that day. Some days you may need more focused work, while other days your body may respond better to a different approach. My goal is to give you the treatment that makes the most sense for you. Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as same-day cancellations and no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled session. If you are on my waitlist and arrive 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the appointment will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and charged in full. If something unexpected comes up or you’re running late, please call or text me at (719) 251-7063 as soon as possible. Communication is always appreciated, and I do my best to be fair whenever I can.
