CANCELLATION POLICY
Missed Appointment and Late Arrival Policy • Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time without prior notice will be considered to have missed their appointment. • Missed appointments will be charged the full cost of the scheduled session to compensate for the therapist’s time. • If you anticipate being late, please contact Hippy Hands Massage as soon as possible to avoid a charge and to discuss possible options for your session
