Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as same-day cancellations and no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled session. If you are on my waitlist and arrive 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the appointment will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and charged in full. If something unexpected comes up or you’re running late, please call or text me at (719) 251-7063 as soon as possible. Communication is always appreciated, and I do my best to be fair whenever I can.
